Awesome candid capture of Hollywood's French icon, Brigitte Bardot, playing with her two dogs outdoors.
Brigitte Bardot is a French former actress, singer, and animal rights activist. Famous for portraying sexually empowered and carefree characters, she was one of the best known sex symbols of the 1950s and 1960s, and to this day remains a major pop culture icon.
In 1986, she established the Brigitte Bardot Foundation for the Welfare and Protection of Animals. She became a vegetarian and raised three million francs to fund the foundation by auctioning off jewelry and personal belongings.
She is a strong animal rights activist and a major opponent of the consumption of meat. In support of animal protection, she has made several strides in partnership with others to reduce animal cruelty.
